Stena Sessan invests in Voi

Stena Sessan has invested in the Swedish micromobility firm Voi during December 2020. Following the investment Stena Sessan has become one of the company’s top 10 shareholders. The investment is part of Stena Sessan’s strategy of investing in a diversified portfolio of companies that have the potential to develop and grow for generations to come.

Stockholm-based Voi was founded 2018 and operates in most larger cities throughout Europe. Voi offers e-scooter sharing as a convenient mode of transport in partnership with cities. The investment is part of Voi’s latest financing round led by The Raine Group, a New York-based investment bank.

The investment company Stena Sessan is part of the Stena Sphere and owned by the Olsson family.
