Stena Sessan invests in Doktor24 Group

Stena Sessan has invested in the Swedish digital health-tech company Doktor24 Group during May 2021. Following the investment Stena Sessan has become a co-owner together with Ernström & Co in partnership with majority owner Patricia Industries and Apoteket AB. The investment is part of Stena Sessan’s strategy of investing in a diversified portfolio of companies that have the potential to develop and grow for generations to come.

Stockholm-based Doktor24 Group consists of the healthcare provider Doktor24, providing digi-physical care, and the digital health-tech company Platform24, providing solutions for automatic care guidance and patient communication, among others. The group was founded in 2016 and today delivers digital solutions to several regions, healthcare groups and insurance providers in Sweden, the Nordics and Poland.

The investment company Stena Sessan is part of the Stena Sphere and owned by the Olsson family.
