Stena Sessan divests Doktor24 and becomes a shareholder in Doktor.se

Stena Sessan has during August 2024 divested Doktor24 Healthcare AB to InnovDr AB, part of the Swedish digiphysical healthcare provider Doktorse Nordic AB (Doktor.se). Following the transaction Stena Sessan has become a shareholder in Doktor.se.

Stockholm-based Doktor.se is one of the leading healthcare providers within digital and physical care in Sweden. Through its digital platform and healthcare clinics Doktor.se aims to save time and resources for the patient and society by making the first contact digital. The company was founded in 2016 and today delivers healthcare services to patients in Sweden, Germany and starting up in Finland.

The investment company Stena Sessan is part of the Stena Sphere and owned by the Olsson family.
