Stena Sessan invests in Budbee

Stena Sessan has invested in the Swedish logistics platform Budbee during May 2020. Following the investment Stena Sessan has become one of the company’s larger shareholders. The investment is part of Stena Sessan’s new strategy of investing in a diversified portfolio of companies that have the potential to develop and grow for generations to come.

Stockholm-based Budbee was founded 2015 and operates in several cities in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and the Netherlands. Through its logistics platform Budbee offers market-leading last-mile logistics services for e-commerce businesses. The investment is part of Budbee’s latest financing round led by Kinnevik, who is also the company’s largest shareholder.

The investment company Stena Sessan is part of the Stena Sphere and owned by the Olsson family.
